Ford Plans to Save Water During Production

Has anyone ever scolded you for leaving the water running while brushing your teeth at night? It seems as though someone scolded the people at Ford for using too much of the world's most valuable natural resource in the production of their vehicles. What's more impressive, however, is the fact that it seems as though Ford listened!
What we here at John Bleakley Ford are talking about is the fact that the American automaker plans to cut its water use during production by 30 percent! Right now, Ford uses about 40,000 gallons of water to produce one vehicle. You don't have to tell us twice how much waste H2O that is simply wasted!
But how does Ford plan to do this? The answer is actually pretty simple. They intend to implement a solution called "dry-machining." Rather than lubricating their equipment with water, Ford plans to mist it with a atomized oil. Furthermore, Ford is also planning to save what water they do use by installing an advanced filtration system, which will allow them reuse it.
Leave it to Ford to find yet another way to green up the production of the new Ford lineup. We here at 870 Thornton Road Lithia Springs, GA 30122 can't stress enough just how proud we are to serve a brand that is always looking out for its customers and the environment like this.
